By accessing or using Bloom AI's services, website, API, or dashboard (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bloom AI. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Bloom AI provides an AI-powered moderation and sentiment analysis platform for gaming communities. The Service includes real-time chat message analysis, player behavior scoring, reward distribution, moderation tooling, a developer dashboard, and related APIs.

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.

Your use of the Bloom AI API is subject to the rate limits and usage quotas associated with your subscription plan. You agree not to exceed these limits or circumvent any restrictions.

API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Submit content designed to manipulate or exploit our AI models.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms or models.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to facilitate harassment, discrimination, or harm to any individual.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the API without written consent.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including our software, models, documentation, and branding, are owned by Bloom AI. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended.

You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service. By using the API, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
